I love this office. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Dr. James explains in detail any questions I have. He wants to make wearing dentures liveable for me, and he has truly done that. I highly recommend Dr. James and his office.

They've done an excellent job of removing teeth, inserting dental implants and crafting a denture prosthesis to fit . This was a challenge because Gary has a cleft palate that was repaired many years ago. They spent extra time with Gary to develop a personalized plan to deal with his individual issues. We intend to finish Garys dental work with lower implants and denture prosthesis in the next few months.

Dr. Brandon James, his assistant Pam & office administrator Paula are THE best!! My dental history is extensive. I should have come here years ago. Worth the wait!!! They are honest prosthodontics experts. Many dentists hold themselves out as specialists in this field but are not. Don’t settle for less quality which in my case was actually more expensive than dealing with THE best!

After years of burning the candle at both ends I've had the pleasure of dealing with more than my fair share of Dentists. In the end all of my teeth had to be pulled and permanent dentures screwed in. Teeth in a week sort of thing. Not as easy as it sounds because there are only a hand full of Dentist capable of performing the "All-on-4" style of replacement. After months of research it appeared my only option was Mexico, Las Vagus, NV. (my wife wasn't thrilled with either) or that Franchise that keeps advertising people blubbering on TV with their new smiles... Oh, please make them stop! I'm not sure if the crying is the new teeth or that heart wrenching $55,000+ price tag? So I continued to look and there are some really bad ones out there BTW. But all the good notes led to Dr. James and yes, there was more then one! If you're going to get serious dental work done as I did, it's going to be expensive, no matter who does the work. So I went with the guy that knows what he's doing and I'm glad I did. Because not everyone graduates at the top of their Class, but Dr. Brandon did!..

I'm 76. I've had dentures since I was 20. After 55 years of getting a few new dentures and seeing a few different dentists, I think it's fair to say I know a thing or two about dentures and dentists. Dr. James and his staff, Paula and Pam are the best ever. I completely agree with all of the other reviews and couldn't say it any better than they did about how wonderful they are. I'm so glad I was referred to Dr. James by my last dentist because he was leaving the area. So when I needed a new set of dentures because of the neck and jaw pain I was having, and the worn out implants that were put in many years ago, I called him. I totally recommend Dr. James and his staff for the next time you need to go to the dentist!

We always get a reminder call before appointments and we can schedule 6 months out for cleanings. The staff is friendly, professional, and goes the extra mile to accommodate us. Everything that is done is well explained before the work begins. Even though we moved from their neighborhood years ago, we have continued to drive a half hour or more for office visits. They're the best in KC!
